Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom code developed specifically for their project
• Clients retain ownership of their proprietary data, business logic, and existing systems

• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during engagements

• Sign additional confidentiality agreements when requested

Warranties and Disclaimers

Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive for excellence, we make no warranties or representations about:

• The suitability of our services for any particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of delivered systems
• Specific performance outcomes or business results
• Compatibility with all third-party services or platforms

We recommend thorough testing and security audits of all delivered systems before deployment to production environments.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lavender-fern shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
